Laboratories & Work Shops

Saidu Polytechnic College of Sciences has well equipped laboratories and workshops with latest tools and machinery where students can acquire practical knowledge of theory in their respective fields. We update our laboratories in accordance with the needs of the modern technologies and developments of industries with time.

Computer Laboratories

• The College has well-equipped laboratory with Pentium IV computers connected through workgroup with each other. The internet facility is also provided to the students under controlled and close supervision of the laboratory Incharge.

Science Laboratories

• Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs of the College have recently been modernized and strengthened by adding latest equipment and apparatus.

General Metal Shop

• Our general metal shop is equipped with various tools and machineries. It includes Bending Machines, Grinders, Vises, Cutters and Folding Machines.

Woodworking Shop

• It includes wood working machineries such as different kind of saws, Shapers, planners, cutters and other tools.

Welding Workshop

• This workshop includes Gas welding, Electric Arc welding, Forge Welding equipments and tolls.

Electrical Laboratories

• In various sections of our Electrical Laboratory, there are Basic wiring, AC and DC generators and motors and household electric appliances of the daily use.
